August Releases

It’s with wistful sadness that we have said goodbye to two mainstays of the Monthly Releases, the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3. We had a great run, you guys, but it’s time for you to ride off into the sunset and make way for the current generation. But don’t worry, you’ve got a great back catalog and will probably still get Madden and NBA 2k for the next few years. Speaking of Madden, on to this month’s releases:

Gears of War – Ultimate Edition – Releasing the same day as Madden? Epic Games has nards! Having Gears in 1080p is probably pretty cool and of course there’s that Gears of War Beta! (He, I know I bought ODST for the Halo 3 demo)
