Batman: Brave and the Bold is a co-op game for the Wii. We watch the TV show weekly around here and it’s a surprise gift for our two boys (one has a birthday).
Pre-ordered it from Amazon. They are going to flip out.
I just finished Case 0 and I may get DR2 (it was fun), but it’ll be on the PS3.
I eventually play Reach, but I’m not a whalore.
Spider-Man is on my radar, but that I’ll wait for reviews.
Tony says
I’m hearing good things about Spider-Man. Batman sounds fun, too.
I still haven’t picked up Case 0 yet but I should rectify that situation this weekend.
Brock says
I’m not interested in Reach in the slightest. I still wish that Bungie would go back to the Myth universe though. Mmm…
I’m stoked for Professor Layton and Etrian Odyssey 3. Other than that, I’ve grabbed a couple of indie games off of Steam and will probably sit tight on my wallet for the rest of the month 🙂
Tony says
Saving up for something in particular?
Brock says
Not really, though I do have the Assassin’s Creed 2: Brotherhood LE on order and that’s not cheap… And I don’t even really want to play the game THAT much 😛
More of a ‘gotta pay off some bills/renovations/etc.’ kind of saving spree I am going on. Plus I have gotten myself into a place where I have so many games on the go that I am just buying for the sake of buying and that’s fine if you’re young and single and have lots of time to game but my gaming hours are contracting and I keep buying 100+ hour JRPGs 😛
There’s also the fact that most of the ‘big’ games coming out this fall look neat, but aren’t things I feel the urge to buy. I’ll rent them and give them a shot, but I’m getting a little burned out on the usual stuff. Probably why I just dropped $50 on a pile of games on Steam. I love getting 4-5 games on Steam for less than the cost of a retail console title.
