So I’m thinking of doing some things around here that I haven’t done before. And also possibly embarking on a journey to construct “The List”. And on top of all that, maybe change the look and feel of the site.
So first, something new: I am going to attempt to post at least one item a day for the month of October. Thirty-one posts in a month would almost be as many posts as I’ve had all year. That both bums me out and encourages me. Obviously, not every post is going to knock your socks off with witty, insightful content. Some may be funny pictures I found on Tumblr. But I have some reviews I’d like to write and just have some discussions about video games, what this blog ostensibly is about. We’ll see how this goes, but I’d really like to exceed 31 posts for the month of October.
Second, I refer to “The List”. There will be a more detailed post about this in the coming month, but basically, I’d like to build my definitive “List” of favorite video games. It should be fun and I hope some will play along at home.
Finally, I think I’m ready for a theme change around these parts. Nothing major, just a shake up.
So weekend gaming. Obviously I’ll be working on some gaming posts this weekend, but I’ve also got some gaming to do. I recently finished Crysis 2 on the Xbox 360, so I’ll be starting something new, probably Fallout: New Vegas. I’m also in the middle of Enslaved and still have Final Fantasy XIII to get back to. On top of that, I should be getting something new from Gamefly when Crysis 2 gets back. Probably Gears of War 3.
What are you playing?

31 posts huh? Wow, that’ll be some feat. Good luck!
I’m always interested in favorite games lists and I can’t wait to see yours.
This weekend will likely be dominated by Gears 3. Age of Empires Online and Dead Island, both on PC, will figure into my weekend as well.
Duke Nukem Forever from GameFly is sitting on the shelf, but I don’t expect to start that any time soon.

I want to hook up with you on AOEO one of these days. I haven’t played lately but I really enjoyed my time with it.
The 31 posts will be a challenge, but I think I can do it!
