Another ho-hum month. What are you picking up?

– I haven’t tried out the demo yet, but I think I’ll be waiting until the price drops on this one. I love Ensemble, so I’m sure they’ve done a great job with this one, but I’m in no rush.
– I’m going to think long and hard before I pick this up on release day.
– If it’s got Big Boss Man, I’m sold.
– We’ll be reviewing this one here on the site.
– How many of these games can they get away with?
– Don’t know much about this one, but looks interesting.
– I wasn’t a big fan of the first one, but it appears it sold well enough to warrant a sequel.
– The more I watch videos and see screen shots, the more I am drawn in.
– Never let anyone say Nintendo doesn’t know how to milk its assets. Over and over again.

– It’s been a long time since I’ve done a basketball game. I’ll be adding one of these to my GFQ but won’t be buying either.
– I haven’t tried the demo out, but I think Ehergeiz has. Hopefully he’ll fill us in.
– Dead Space is one of those games on my radar. Definitely looking forward to this one.
– Everyone picked the girl when you played Golden Axe back in the day. The developers are just saving you one step. AMIRIGHT?
– Konami is really going to try this? Is there room for one more Rock Band game?
– My wife and I are seriously considering this for our daughter. She already thinks she Ariel (or Jasmine, or Cinderella) so we figured this would be perfect for her.
– I completely feel for Fable and ended up pretty much hating it. I’m not getting burned this time. I’ll be watching the reviews carefully with this one.
– If I can set traps that send bad guys flying through the jungle like the first one, sign me up!
– Monopoly? Really? Shouldn’t this be a downloadable XBLA game for 400 points?

– First, go look at the boxart for this game. Then tell me, honestly, how a came called “Safecracker” can be even remotely enjoyable. I’m willing to be proven wrong, but seriously.
– It’s going to take a bunch of good reviews for me to consider this one. Just doesn’t sound fun.

– How ironic I post this game as I’m watching the Biggest Loser on TV. I wonder if this is the first game to use the Wii Fit board?
– I was surprised when they made a DS version of this game. The fact that there’s a second one makes me question humanity.

– I never played the original, but I’ve heard great things about it. Why not pick up some 
and go whole hog.

– I think this is the first game I’ve listed so far that I’m actually interested in picking up. RPG and tower defense all in one.
– Okay, make that two in a row. Dragon Quest on the DS should be amazing.

– Sacred is a game I’ve always been intrigued in but have never tried. Any sacred players out there?

– If you want to fry your 360 from overuse, do it in a Civilized manner.
– Just when July was looking bad, UT3 comes along.
– I never “got” track and field games. Probably never will.
– Ugh. I have faithfully purchased EA’s NCAA since 2003. Every year I say I’m done with them, every year I pick it up anyway. Will it happen again this year?
– I used to be a HUGE fighting game fan. I played a lot of the original Soul Calibur in the arcade, but haven’t played much since then. Maybe it’s time to go back to the franchise.
– Milking the FF Franchise, one platform at a time.
– EA abandoned Nintendo with the NCAA line near the end of the console cycle, so it’s nice to see NCAA back in the Nintendo library.
– Golf games are right in the Wii’s wheelhouse.
– Haven’t we suffered enough with these Arcade Compilations? The Wii is 100% backwards compatible. Go to Gamestop and find the Gamecube versions of these compilations. Save yourself some money.
– I started out really liking the first Trauma Center. Then I started hating myself for liking Trauma Center. Then I just hated Trauma Center. I’m not worthy of its hardcoreness.
– Seems like the DS is perfect for a Civ game. I wonder what they had to give up, game-play wise, to fit it on a DS cartridge.
– The DS and its game titles are single-handedly wrecking the spelling skills of our poor children.
– That’s more like it. This is probably my only must-buy this month.
– This game wins “Title of the Month.” Unemployed Ninja. Is that even possible?

– I can’t figure this one out. How is this a game, basically a job simulator, fun? I can’t watch the show for more than five minutes.
– “A Spicy Time Management Cooking Adventure”. I’ll pass.
– Fate is a great game, wish I had time to play more of it.
– Man, I’m torn on this one. I’ve heard mixed reviews so far and I’m not really one for punishingly hard games, so this may be a rental for me.
– The report from the brother-in-law on the Bourne demo was a meh, so I doubt I’ll get this one.
– This one looks amazing but unfortunately will probably never make it to my 360. It’s a shame.

– Finally, a game that doesn’t make me ashamed to own a DS. I will most likely get this one to pass some lonely nights while I’m on business travel this summer.
